New Guest Information
If you will be a first time guest at FIX Salon, here are a few things to keep in mind before your appointment. Payment for services is in the form of cash or credit/debit cards. We do not accept personal check. If you wish to give gratuity to your service provider, that is cash only and cannot be added to the credit card. Finally, we request that no children accompany you to your appointment.
Payment Guidelines and Cancelation Policy
As of June 2021, we have updated our salon software to relate to our merchant account. This allows us to store your credit card information safely and securely on your client profile, streamlining the checkout process. Your full number is never seen, nor is it accessible, by any staff member. With this update, we are requiring guests to provide a credit card to be on file.
FIX Salon requires a two-business day (FIX’s business days are Tuesday-Saturday) notice of cancellation of any service appointments. We know life happens and there may be extenuating circumstances that cause a spontaneous need to reschedule and we are more than happy to work with you on this. Should you no-call, no-show, or cancel outside of the above-mentioned timeframe, the card on file will be charged 50% of your service appointment.
