Guest Relations Receptionist in Elkhart, IN
FIX SALON SPA is the premier Aveda and Davines salon, located in the heart of downtown Elkhart. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Relations Manager. This individual would be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services and communicating effectively with salon guests and team members. You’ll be the heartbeat of the salon, managing all operations and providing leadership and tools for success.
Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
~ Enhancing guests experiences through seamless and personalized transactions.
~ Conducting salon operations through answering phones, monitoring emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory and other light cleaning duties.
~ Tech-savvy with social media, Pro Solutions (salon software), Mailchimp and other trendy social apps
~ Positive interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional and graceful manner with salon guests, team members and management.
~ Exceptional time management, solution oriented and strong leadership skills.

1) Preliminary phone interview with hiring manager after resume has been submitted
2) Meet and great with salon owner and hiring manager
3) A scheduled shadow shift where you will follow a manager, meet the team, and take a brief personality style test.
Compensation begins at $18 per hour

Tuesday- 9am – 8pm
Wednesday - 8:30am – 2pm
Thursday - 9:30am – 8pm
Friday – Flexible hours
Saturday – 8am – 2pm
Sunday and Monday - Closed
