Nominations for this promotion are for single moms with young children (elementary aged).
Recipients do not have to be current FIX guests.
Recipients MUST have secured childcare, as we are a child free salon/spa and we want Mom to relax🥰 .
Recipients must reside in Elkhart County.
Please note, only nominations submitted through our website form will be considered. Please, no calls or in-person submissions.
Nomination deadline: January 30, 2023
Service must be performed on or before March 31, 2023
One salon service will be gifted to the first 13 eligible nominations
